What are my delivery options?
We offer the following delivery options:
• FREE Next Working Day delivery to UK mainland (order before 1pm Mon-Fri)
• Outlying Scottish postcodes and Highland & Islands - £11 per item and £7 for each subsequent item
• Northern Ireland, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man - £11 per item and £7 for each subsequent item.
• Channel Islands - £11 per item and £7 for each subsequent item

Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?
Yes – our delivery service is a signed for and trackable courier service. This is the most secure way of delivering items. You will have the option of leaving special instructions for the delivery driver (e.g. leave in a safe place / with a neighbour, etc.) during the checkout process. Please note this is at your risk.
Can I specify a delivery date when ordering?
No - We offer Free Next Working Day Delivery, but you cannot specify an exact date.
What happens if I'm out when you deliver?
Couriers will make two failed attempts before it is delivered back to us. Delivery notifications will be provided by the courier, if the scheduled time isn’t suitable, the delivery can be rescheduled via the courier tracking provided with your order.
Can I return my item?
Yes, any items purchased between November 1st and December 25th can be returned right up until the end of January 31st, 2025.
At this time, we cannot offer free returns. This means you are responsible for returning the item to us at your own expense.
From previous customer feedback, we recommend using the courier comparison site Parcels2go.com or DPD Local for larger boxes and multiple box consignments.
You will find a returns slip within your order. Please complete this to help us process your return as quickly as possible and to help us improve our service and products in the future.
Foam filled products
To return your foam filled item, please contact Customer Experience who will advise you of the cost and the process of returning the item. We will send you a large plastic bag to repackage your product. If you have already opened or expanded your product, wrap it in the plastic bag and seal it securely with tape. We will arrange for the product to be collected for you. You don’t have to worry about transporting the product, just leave it at home until the scheduled collection!
Do you offer a guarantee?
We guarantee the design, fabric and manufacture of all products against reasonable wear and tear for a period of one year from the date of purchase (excluding bean bag filling). For commercial use customers, this guarantee is limited to 6 months.
All bean bags contain Fire Retardant EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) Virgin Polystyrene Beads. Polystyrene beans will flatten (dependant on usage) and topping up your beanbag may be necessary. Bean Bag Filling is available on our website for all your refill needs.
Your statutory rights under English Law are not affected in any way.
What if my product is faulty?
Please get in touch if your product is faulty. Have your order details ready and our team will be happy to help you.
What if my product is damaged in transit?
We advise customers to check carefully for any transit damage before signing for the parcel. If you are unsure, or there is transit damage to your product, sign for the item and clearly write "damaged product". In this instance, please get in touch and we will resolve the issue.
How can I pay for my purchases?
You can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order. We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us.

What should I do if my credit/debit card was refused when placing an order?

I have a discount code; how do I use it?
If you have a discount code, simply ‘view and edit cart’, apply your promotional code and click update.

Do bean bags come with filling?
Yes, all our bean bags come with comfortable bean filling included. For some larger pieces, the bean bag may arrive part-filled with beans and in multiple boxes. Simply refer to the simple assembly instructions enclosed in your order to complete the filling process, or watch our easy assembly videos by clicking here for guidance.
My beanbag has a chemical smell – what can I do?
Occasionally, your beanbag may arrive with a slight chemical smell. Please be assured this is completely normal. This smell is due to the filling material being freshly produced for your product! We recommend keeping your beanbag in a well-ventilated area and the smell should disappear within 1 week.
My beanbag has arrived creased – what can I do?
Occasionally, your beanbag may arrive with some creases in the cover. Please be assured this is completely normal and they will come out within 1 week of arrival, if placed in a well-ventilated area and with some initial use. Please avoid applying direct heat to the product, such as irons or steamers, where possible. If your beanbag arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Experience team and we will resolve this for you.
What is inside a bean bag?
We have expertly curated a wide range of bean bags filled with comfortable, expanding bead that meet UK fire safety regulations.
Can I buy any top up to refill my bean bag?
Over time, the filling of your bean bag will shrink due to use. The great news is you can keep your bean bag topped up with our bead refills. Simply leave the existing filling inside your bean bag and pour in new beads. Check out our refills page here.

Will you be getting more stock?
We aim to always keep our wide range of soft furnishings in stock. If a colour is displaying ‘out of stock’, more stock should be returning shortly. For more information on stock availability, please get in touch with our Customer Care team.
How do I clean my bean bag?
When it comes to keeping our bean bags clean: a warm soapy surface clean works great, but for tougher stains, a gentle detergent or fabric solution is recommended. Just remember, our bean bags are not machine washable because the fire retardant protection inside the cover could be damaged.
Do the products come with filling?
Yes, all our foam seats come with the foam filling included. When you order a foam seat or footstool, you can expect to receive one box that contains the foam filling and the fabric cover.
What’s in the products?
We use an upcycled shredded foam filling in all our foam seating products. This filling moulds to your body, giving you that ultimate sink-in feeling and a comfy experience. It's contained within a separate fabric cover, so you won't have to worry about it shifting around. It's all about providing you with long-lasting comfort and support.
How do I assemble my product?
Inside your package, you'll find simple assembly instructions along with a QR code that will take you directly to an assembly video. Alternatively click here to access our online guide.
How do I clean my product?
Use a mild detergent to spot clean the cover of the chairs. The covers are removable for easier cleaning, but they are not machine washable because the fire retardant protection inside the cover could be damaged.
My product looks a bit flat, what can I do?
For speedy one box delivery, the foam filling in your product is vacuum-packed. This means that right after assembly, your product may not look exactly like the images on our website. But don't worry, this is totally normal! It may take up to 48 hours for the foam to fully expand and fill the fabric seat cover, so initially, your product may seem a bit smaller than you expect. To allow the foam to fully expand, gently pull apart the foam blocks as you remove them from the plastic packaging. If after giving it over a week the cover still looks saggy or the product doesn't seem full, please reach out to our Customer Experience team for help. We're here to make sure you're completely happy.
Can I top up the foam?
Foam-based products may naturally deflate over time with regular use. However, there's no need to top up the foam. We recommend periodically plumping up the product to redistribute the shredded foam and maintain its full look and feel, like plumping a cushion. Rest assured; we have carefully measured the optimum amount of foam to ensure a comfortable yet supportive seat that will last for years to come!
Will my seat hold its shape?
Foam-based products may naturally deflate over time with regular use. However, there's no need to top up the foam. We recommend periodically plumping up the product to redistribute the shredded foam and maintain its full look and feel, like plumping a cushion. Rest assured; we have carefully measured the optimum amount of foam to ensure a comfortable yet supportive seat that will last for years to come!
My order doesn’t seem complete, what can I do?
Foam filled products are shipped in one box containing the vacuum sealed blocks of foam, the fabric cover, and a set of instructions. If you find that any of these items are missing or damaged upon arrival, please contact Customer Experience and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Can I change the address on my order?
Due to card holder protection, no amendments can be made to the address once the order has been placed. Please contact us to cancel and we will refund you so you can place a new order with the correct address.
