Delivery Information
Delivery times vary, depending on the service you have chosen (see above).
Please make sure a mobile telephone number is entered on registration; this will aid in communication for your delivery. Certain couriers will send you a text message with an estimated delivery time. You can expect deliveries to arrive any time between 7am – 7pm.
If you have made a mistake on your order or wish to amend or cancel, please call our Customer Experience team on 0800 988 1286 during working hours as soon as possible. We cannot accept emails as a method of contact for these types of enquiries due to the very quick dispatch times we operate on.
Due to our delivery courier’s terms and conditions, we cannot change orders or addresses once they have been dispatched.
Our delivery service is a signed-for and trackable courier service. This is the most secure way of delivering items.
You will have the option of leaving special instructions for the delivery driver (e.g. leave in a safe place / with a neighbour) during the checkout process. However, please note any delivery instructions are at your own risk.
Couriers will make two failed attempts before it is delivered back to us. Delivery notifications will be provided by the courier; if the scheduled time isn’t suitable, the delivery can be rescheduled via the courier tracking provided with your order.
We advise customers to check parcels carefully for any transit damage. If you are unsure, or if there is transit damage to your product, sign for the item and clearly write “Damaged Product”. In this instance, please email [email protected] and our Customer Experience team will assist you.
Yes, all our bean bags come with a comfortable filling. Please note, some pieces will arrive part-filled, in multiple boxes. Use the simple assembly instructions enclosed in your order to easily fill your bean bag.
Please note, if your order is sent in more than one box, your packages may arrive in separate consignments on different deliveries.
